To compliment Year 4's IBL topic this term, 'Let's Discover the World', our students have the opportunity to experience what life may have been like sailing on a ship many years ago. Launched in 1885 in Belfast, the Polly Woodside made 17 trips around the world and operated between Australia and New Zealand.
Our focus is History based, and students will be learning to sequence significant events in chronological order to create a narrative about one navigator, explorer or trader.
