In the 75 min workshop, experienced facilitators challenge the stereotypes and disrupt the conventional thinking around mental health by sharing their own stories and challenges through vulnerability in order to empower and inspire others to share. The program strives to deliver a series of thought provoking and disarming activities in order to normalise conversations around mental health and up skill participants to check in with their mates and confidently continue the conversations. Students are invited to enjoy a BBQ Breakfast with the facilitators and a Q&A session after the workshop. |
